T24-ACMi Miniature Wireless Transducer Transmitter 2.4 GHz

Description Load Cell Systems T24-ACMi miniature wireless sensor transmitter is designed for load cells, (mV/V output) pressure transducers, and various other sensors with an analog output.  It’s easy to create a wireless load cell system or transmit analog signals to other T24 receivers.  The T24-ACMi is enclosed in a rugged industrial enclosure, powered from two AA batteries allowing up to 5 years between battery changes. Wireless Transmitter Input Signals: mV/V from load cells, pressure transducers 0-5 or 0-10 VDC 4-20 mA Potentiometer Temperature Pulse Features: Waterproof IP67 rated enclosure Long battery life supplied by two AA batteries Up to 800 meter (line of sight) transmission range Able to turn the transmitter ON or OFF from various T24 receivers Case Study: A factory needed a few wireless S-type load cells for an application requiring tension measurement.  Our standard S-type was customized by attaching a T24-ACMi wireless load cell transmitter.  The signal was transmitted to a T24-HA handheld load cell display where they could see the individual weights on each load cell and the sum of the weight. This is a common application for the S-type and wireless transmitter, many applications are not able to have the cable run from the load cell to the reading instrument.
