🔄 Order Cancellation Guidelines
- You can cancel your order only before it is shipped from our warehouse.
- Once the order has been processed for dispatch or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Upon successful cancellation, the entire order amount will be refunded to your original payment method or provided as store credit (as applicable).
- Partial order cancellations or quantity modifications are not accepted under any condition.
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
Please note, the following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.
- Orders placed under sale, offers, or using discount codes.
- Orders for customized or made-to-order products.
