An Early Vertical Forearm position utilizes the entire forearm during the pull, from the fingertips to the elbow. Using the Stroke trainer promotes muscle memory of the proper hand, wrist and forearm position. The Stroke trainer will help you gain efficiency and maintain a strong, uninterrupted pull.
